The careful manual harvest, conducted at night in boxes under 15 kg to preserve the grapes’ organoleptic properties, followed by selection before 9 AM, has allowed us to extract the best from our wine’s true protagonist – our grapes, nurtured, pampered, and selected at source to create this unique wine.
